  • 5 things you can see
  • 4 things you can feel
  • 3 things you can hear
  • 2 things you can smell
  • 1 thing you can taste

2 · Box breathing

  • Breathe IN for 4 seconds
  • HOLD for 4 seconds
  • Breathe OUT for 4 seconds
  • HOLD for 4 seconds
  • Repeat five cycles

3 · Cold-water reset

Splash cold water on your face OR press an ice pack to your cheeks / back of neck for 30 seconds. Heart rate drops sharply. Best for strong panic.
