TheraKonnect is priced per seat on an annual contract: therapist seats are PKR 6,000 per year (PKR 500 / month equivalent), supervisor seats PKR 9,600 per year (PKR 800 / month), and hospital-admin seats PKR 12,000 per year (PKR 1,000 / month). Receptionist seats are free and unlimited, so clinics pay only for the people who own clinical records.
TheraKonnect does not charge per patient — patient accounts are always free. You pay only for clinical staff seats: therapists, supervisors, and hospital admins.
TheraKonnect charges no setup fee. Sign-up is free and includes migrating your existing therapists, patient records, and appointments from spreadsheets or another platform.
TheraKonnect offers a 14-day sandbox trial pre-loaded with demo data, and no credit card is required. Contact the team to activate one, or browse the public therapist directory for free before you commit.
TheraKonnect bills each clinic once for a 12-month contract, or on a mutually agreed installment schedule. Session fees are collected directly between the therapist and the patient via Meezan Bank transfer — TheraKonnect never touches session fees, which the therapists themselves set.
TheraKonnect lets you add or remove seats at any time. New seats are billed pro-rata to the end of your annual contract, and removed seats are credited pro-rata to your next invoice or refunded on request.
TheraKonnect encrypts every SOAP note, treatment plan, and assessment with a per-therapist AES-256-GCM key, so not even TheraKonnect can read your clinical content.
