No. Patient accounts are always free. You pay only for clinical staff seats — therapists, supervisors, and hospital admins.
The new seat is billed pro-rata from the day it's added until the end of your annual contract. You get one supplementary invoice for that partial period; the seat then renews with your main contract at each anniversary.
Yes, any time. Removal takes effect immediately; the pro-rated remainder of that seat's annual cost is credited to your account and applied to your next invoice or refunded on request.
Full refund before our team approves your application. After approval, we refund 50% within the first six months. From month 7 onward, the refund is pro-rata for the months still remaining on your contract. Full terms live on the Refund Policy page (linked in the footer).
No. Sign-up is free and includes migration of your existing therapists, patient records, and appointments from spreadsheets or another platform.
Clinics sign a 12-month contract with TheraKonnect and are invoiced once for the year (or on a mutually agreed installment schedule). Sessions with patients are collected via EasyPaisa directly between the therapist and patient — TheraKonnect never touches session fees.
Yes. Every SOAP note, treatment plan, and assessment is encrypted with a per-therapist AES-256-GCM key. Even we cannot read your clinical content.
